Know all men by these presents that we John WILMOUTH and Joseph TEWEL
are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum
of fifty pounds current money to be paid to the said Commonwealth to
which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs
execs and admins jointly and severally by these present sealed with our
seals  and dated this 28 day of February  1827.
The condition of this obligation is, that if there is no Lawful cause 
to obstruct a marriage intended To be solemnized shortly between the above
bound John WILMOUTH and Miss Eliz'ith WILMOUTH both being over 21 years
of age, then the above Obligation to be void else to remain in full
force
