It is my wish and desire that my wife Mary Rickets shall have the full command and power of every thing that I possess during her natural life and at her decease to her disposed of as she may think adequate and just among my children and grand children. As witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty ninth day of March, one thousand eight hundred fourteen. Peter Ricketts [SEAL] Test. John Killen Sam'l Smyth ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At a County Court held for this County of Bullitt on Monday the 3rd day of July 1815 it was expressly ordered that all papers lodged in this office of said County and Much by law now required to be recorded should be done forthwith and the written will having been sufficiently proven heretofore by the oaths of John Killen Samuel Smyth. I do certify as Clerk of said County that names duly recorded the same together with this certificate in my said office. Given under my hand this 6th day of July 1815. James Halbert
