SUMMERS admin. of the estate of John BECKWITH. 3 Apr 1826 This sale bill of the estate of John BECKWITH was returned and ordered to be entered which is done. 6 Sep 1825 On the motion of Martha BECKWITH, widow and relict of John BECKWITH dec'd. Ordered that George F. POPE, Arthur QUINN, Samuel HORNBECK, John ANDERSON and John SHANKLIN or any three being first sworn be hereby appointed commissioners to allot to her her dower in the real and personal estate of said decedent in the County and report. We have made this allotment in Consequence of the Consent of the parties concerned and in lieu of her dower in the other lands and lots of which the said John BECKWITH dec'd possessed, the relinquishment of the said Martha is referred to and made part of this report and also the written consent of the heirs.
