In consideration of the same I decree my last will and testemony - in the first place I leave my concerns in the care of Cornelius K. BOGARD to execute the same for me. first I want all my just debts faithfully paid discharged, then I bequeath to my wife Elizath (no b) the farm on which she resides with all the appurtenances thereto during her natural life, with all the remaining property belonging to the farm and all the experation of her existence to be equally distributed among my three children. Further I authorize her to let my son Simpson have the yearling filley and its real value to be reduced from his equal share - and if she found occasion with other of the others to distribute in the same way and of the property she though ---- and necessary.
