Will Book G p. 410 In the name of God Amen. I JANE COLLINGS of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky being of Sound mind & disposing memory do make this my last will and testament towit. First I desire that all my just debts be paid. 2nd I appoint my two sons JOHN H. COLLINGS & Wm. E. COLLINGS my joint executors without Security. Third I desire that all of my property both personal & mixed be sold except as herein mentioned and the proceeds thereof after the payment of my debts as above mentioned to be divided as follows. Fourth. Taking into consideration that SUSAN A. my youngest daughter being less able to make a Support than my older Sons I give and bequeath to her Three hundred dollars, and to my youngest son SPENCER B. COLLINGS being yet a minor & his education not complete I give and bequeath to him also the sum of Three hundred dollars. Fifth. I hold a note against J. P. ANDERSON & his wife MARY ANN ANDERSON for the Sum of three hundred and Some odd dollars. Now whenever the s'd J. P. ANDERSON shall pay or cause the same note to be paid then I desire that my daughter MARY ANN ANDERSON shall come in equally with the rest of my children, that is after the 4th article of this instrument is complied with, but if the parties to S'd note shall fail to pay the Same to my Executors then in that event J. P. ANDERSON & wife are to have no interest in my estate except as herein after mentioned, that is I desire that J. H. COLLINGS, W. E. COLLINGS, ISAAC S. COLLINGS, SPENCER B. COLLINGS & SUSAN A. COLLINGS my children Shall each have a bed and bed clothing out of what I have. After this is done then I desire that my daughter MARY ANN ANDERSON shall have and equal share of the beds and bed clothing & if they cannot divide the Same Satisfactory, then let the same be Sold and the money divided equally. Sixth. Now after the foregoing provisions are fulfilled then I desire that all of my children namely MARY A. ANDERSON, WILL E, JOHN H., ISAAC S., SUSAN A. and SPENCER B. COLLINGS shall come in equally and share my estate. I also give and bequeath to my daughter SUSAN A. COLLINGS my ----- (looks like lounge) & bed & clothing which belongs to the same.
