KY Court In the name of God Amen I ABRAHAM CRIGLER being weak of body but of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and testament. First I will to my wife LYDIA CRIGLER all my Estate real personal and mixed during her life to do with as she may see proper after her death I want my Estate equally divided between all my children (viz) REBECCA GARR, LYDIA YOUNGER, HARRIET MILLER, JAMES CRIGLER, OWEN CRIGLER and NICHOLAS CRIGLER, Now REBECCA GARRARD, LYDIA YOUNGER are dead but I want their children to have their mothers part. I will to my grand-son JAMES HENRY CRIGLER a horse saddle and bridle to be worth sixty dollars and to be given out of my Estate when he is seventeen years old if he dies before he is seventeen it is no gift if my wife wishes she can give the children any property that may not want but it must be accounted for at the general division by those that get it I appoint my wife LYDIA CRIGLER the Executor of this my will and she may get whoever she wishes to assist her.
