Special Term 22 nd, day of April,1910.
Present Hon.D.W.Rider Judge

Came J.C Goldsmith,Florence Goldsmith and Hattie e.Bishop Children of Andy Goldsmith 
deceased and wavied their right to qualify as adminstrator and on thier motion it is orders 
that N.G.Bishop be and he is Hereby Appointed Adminstrator of Andy Goldsmith deaceased.Where 
upon he took the oath as required by law and execute bond in the penal sum of $ 800.00 with 
 H.W. Bishop as Surety which bond is accepted and approved by the Court. 

On motion of  N.G Bishop administrator it is order that  B. F. Grooms, Earnest Stovall and 
Andy Goldsmith or any two of them frist being duly sworn be and they are here by appointed 
Appraisers of the Estate of Andy Goldsmith deceased.

supose to be Hattie A and Andy Goldsmith is Andrew Goldsmith and The N.G stands For Norvin
