Hibbs Louisville,Ky July 3,1937 I,Luke W.Hibbs of Louisville,Kentucky believing that I am of sound mind, but realizing the uncertainy of life, do hereby make this my last will and testament. I hereby will all of my estate of every king [sic] and character to my beloved wife,Kate Griffin Hibbs and she is in no way required to execute a bond or be responsible to any court for her actions. At her death should any of the estate remain,I desire that it be divided into three equal parts, one third to my oldest son,Virgil C. Hibbs,who is a son by a former marriage,one third to our son,Howard Hibbs and one third to our daughter, Mrs, [sic] Ora Lee Hibbs McFall. Witness my hands at Louisville,Kentucky this the third day of July,1937/ [sic] Luke W.Hibbs The foregoing Will was thisday [sic] signed by Luke W.Hibbs in our presence,and in the presence of each other and at his request affix our signatures as witnesses thereto;this the third day of July,1937. Clayton Stovall Tom Stovall State Of Kentucky At a County Court held for Bullitt County at Court House in City of shepherdsville on May 31,1949 was produced in Court the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Luke W. Hibbs,deceased, late of this County, who died May 22,1949, a resident thereof,and same was proved by testimony of Clayton Stovall on E of the subscribing witnesses thereto,who also proved the attestation of Tom Stovall, the other subscribing witness thereto;whereupon same was established and adjudged to be recorded as such, and I hereby certify that same is recorded in my office as Clerk of said Court.
