Commercial entities must ask for and receive permission from submittor before downloading. ************************************************************************************ Bullitt County Will Book B P 29 In the name of God, Amen I William HALL of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky being very sick and weak in body but thank God of disposing mind and me not knowing the uncertianty of life do think it fit for me so to dispose of ____ing which God in his Providence has given me as shall be satisfactory to me which I do in manner and form following after having commanded my my soul to God who gave it and my body buried at the discretion of my friends Item I will that all my just debts be paid Item that I have advanced my son Austin HALL to the value of Ninety Pounds cash Item that I have advanced my daughter Piny GENTRY to the value of Ninety Pounds cash. Item I will unto my beloved wife Annah HALL my dwelling house in Bullitt County with one half of my apple orchard during her lifetime. Item I will unto my wife three hundred dollars for her support forever. Item I will unto my son Simeon Hall my track of Land which I now reside on in Bullitt County and all the opportunances thereunto belonging, only reserving the dower before mentioned unto his mother and one gray mare none by the name of Caty and one feather bed and furniture and one cow to be his and remain his forever. Item I will unto my daughter Jeriah Hall Ninety Pounds I will unto my daughter Rebeca Hall the sum of Ninety Pounds Item I will unto my daughter Lillah Hall the sum of Ninety Pounds Item I will unto my executors herein after mentioned do sell all my personal estate for eighteen months credit only reserving to my family one years support of grain and meat and that they collect all the debts which I have owing to me and pay the legacy which I have above bequeathed so far it will go and should there not be money sufficient to pay the above bequeathed legacies, I will that it be equally divided between my wife and three youngest daughters and list named and if after paying the above bequeathed legacies there should be a balance remaining I will that it be equally divided among my wife and all my children. I do nominate and appoint my son Austin HALL and my son Simeon HALL and my son-in-law Henry GENTRY my executors making hereby and void all former wills made by me and declaring this only to be my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of October, in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and seven.
