Hall bobndonnaky @ aol.com ***************************************************************************** WILL, Austin Hall, 21 March 1859, p.398 I , Austin Hall of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky, being old and infirm and knowing the uncertianty of life do make and ordain this as my last Will and Testament in the following form and manner towit. After my decease, my remains to be buried in a plain and decent manner and the payment of my just debts, I give to my son J.Q.A. Hall my watch, my library of books, Bridle and Saddle, and all my wearing apparel. I give to my daughter Anne Hall all my household furniture of every description also my Riding Beast and One Hundred Dollars to compensate her for the caring for myself and her aged mother in our old age. the balance of my estate to be equally divided between my two daughters Anne Hall and Mary Hall and the grand children of my deceased daughter Malindy Paris. Lucy Hopewell my granddaughter to have one half the other half to be equally divided between my great grandchildren viz. James Markwell, Joseph A. Markwell, Charles Markwell, and Melinda Markwell, they being the children of my deceased granddaughter Margaret Markwell. I do hereby appoint Lewis Hall and Thomas Hall my executors and request that they shall not be required to give bond or make oath for the discharge of their duties as my executors of this my last Will and Testament written by my own hand this 21st day of March, 1859 Austin Hall State of Kentucky (mark)
