Surnames mentioned: HILTON, IRWIN, OVERALL Bullitt Co. Will Book 1 p. 95 I Stephen HILTON, though old and impotent, yet rationale have directed my clerk to write this Instrument of writing to be Recorded in Bullitt Register as a perpetual testimony of this my last will and testament which I now make in the presence of god and the subscribing witnesses. First I committ my spirit to my god who gave it and I desire that this frail body when I die may be decently interred by my surviving friends and neighbors. Second I bequeath all I possess both real and personal t o my beloved wife Diana and Son William to be held by them in common but on this condition that my Wife may at her death have the disposal of the personal Estate but the real Estate shall forever appertain to my son William to be held or disposed of by him after the death of his mother as he shall think proper. But should my wife survive my son in this case my wife shall become the sole possessor of the estate both real and personal. Unto this my last will and testament I have set my hand and official seal this 29th day of December in the year of our Lord on thousand eight hundred and nine.
