My reasons for doing so is that I have lived with him and he has taken care of me ever since the death of my father, and for the last eight years I have been afflicted so I have not been able to get about the most of the time, and my brother Lewis HARRIS has taken care and provided for me. If the notes spoken of above should be paid me in my lifetime, and I should have the money in my possession or should loan it out to any other personor persons at my death, I wish my brother Lewis HARRIS have it all with the interest andif the notes should have to be sued on I wish Lewis to collect them in his own name. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 20th day of February 1871.
