T. JASPER I, W. T. Jasper, of Mt Washington, Bullitt County, Kentucky being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, declare and publish this as my last will and testament. 1st. I desire that all my personal estate be given absolutely to my wife, Lou M. Jasper and my real estate during her natural life. 2nd. I desire that all my realty be equally divided after the death of my wife, Lou M Jasper between my sons, Ellis, Charles, John and Elmomy granddaughter, Genevieve McClure. 3rd. I hereby appoint my son, Charles F. Jasper guardian for Genevieve McClure until she arrives at the age of twenty-one years - said Charles F. State of Kentucky County of Bullitt.........Sot I, Lindsay Ridgway, Clerk of the Bullitt County Court in the State of Kentucky, certify that on the 8th day of May, 1916, the foregoing last will and testament of W.T. Jasper, deceased was produced in open Court and proved by the oath of J.C. Gentry a subscribing witness thereto, to have been signed and acknowledged by W. T. Jasper, to be his last will and testament in his presence and in the presence of Bert Hall, the other subscribing witness - that they attested same at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other - the signature of Bert Hall was proved to be his genuine signature - full capacity of mind of said testator at the time of making said will was also proved and same being fully proved as required by law was admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of W.
