Item: I will & devise that after my death that I be decently buried by christian burial to be paid out of my personal property. 2nd I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Katharine JONES all my estate both real & personal I mean my personal property and the land whereon I now live and after her death the same with all the advantages and increase of said property both real and personal is to belong to Henry JONES or him who is called Henry JONES and he is the son of my said wife Katharine JONES and to him and his heirs and assigns and whereas I have not a deed for the land but have paid for the same with the assistance of said henry I hereby will and devise that the said Henry call for and have the deed for said land (137 acres more or less) made in his own name and having willed all the property which has pleased God to bless me with I have set my hand and seal this 11th day of January 1829.
