Sale of two negroes MARIA and BEN $1000 amount of Land as per agreement between the legatees $1543.40 Cents amounting in the whole to 3368.32 Cents and after dividing the Land between the 8 legatees then appears to each one $420.98 Cents as per below Given under Our hands this 22 Jun 1824 (signed) SAMUEL BROWN JOHN BUDD JOHN CONN we the Commissioners find $8.91 Cents due Younger JONES one of the legatees.. KY I think GEORGE JONES (executor above) is *possibly* the same GEORGE JONES shown on the 1850 census with wife Elizabeth. If so he should have been born about 1785.
