The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net Transcribed by: Anne Livingston - Livings1@aol.com Date: 23 July 1999 *********************************************************************** Bullitt County Will Book B p. 464 In the name of God Amen, I John MIDDLETON of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound mind, and disposing memory and callint to mind the uncertainty of human life, and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with - I give and bequeath the Same in manner following that is to say, After my decease I desire that all my just debts be puntually paid out of my Estate by my Executor herein after named. 2nd After the payment of my debts and funeral expenses I give my wife Ann H. MIDDLETON all my Estate both real and personal forever except so much thereof as is herin after named towit: I give my daughter Celia BROOKS Six Shillings current money, and also my other children namely Walter Matthew Walton William Chinowith John MIDDLETON, Elizabeth FRITH, Clara BROOKS, Patty PAIN and Mary Ann ELLISON Six Shillings each current money of Kentucky to be paid to them by my Executor herein after named out of my Estate and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife Ann N. MIDDLETON Sole Executrix of this my last will and testament requiring no security. I hereby revoke all other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made; In Witness whereof I have herunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this 29th day of June in the year 1836.
