First I Return my Sole to God who gave it and my Body to the dust from whence it came. Second my will is that my funeral Expense be paid and all my Just debts or demands against me. Third I give and bequeath unto my Brothers Samuel, David, Seth and Isaac a tract of land on floyds fork of Eleven hundred acres to be equally divided among them. Fourth I give and Bequeath unto my Brother John all the Residue of my other land Either in Kentucky or elsewhere Bought in partnership or other wise and do further make him my lawful heir of all my personal or private Either in property, Books and open acts. Fifthly I do hereby Constitute and appoint my brother John MOORE my whole and Sole Executor of this my last will and testament and also do hereby Brake all former wills made by me whatever In Testimony hereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 29th of October One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety four.
