Moore of Bullitt County state of Kentucky being of sound mind make this his last will and testament. 1st I wish all my just debts paid as speedly as possible, if any I shall have at the time of my death. 2nd I have two sets of children by my first marriage there are living Henry T. Moore, Rebecca Shoptaw wife of Alonzo Shoptaw and Hardin Moore. And by the last marrige there are living Taylor Moore, Crittenden Moore, Mary Moore, Joseph Moore, and Robert Moore. The older children of the two marriages have received at different times from me about as much as I will have left to give to my three youngest children and I give to said Henry T., Rebecca Shoptaw, Alice daughter of Harlan and Rowena Shepherd, Taylor, Crittenden Moore each one dollar and this is all I intend them to have of any of my estate her disposed of to be paid them by my executrix. 3rd The balance of my estate which consist of about five hundred acres more or less of land where I live in Bullitt County, Kentucky. personalty cash and cash notes stock & C, I here give to my three youngest children Mary Moore, Joseph Moore, and Robert Moore, Subject however to this restriction. My wife and said three children are to have the joint rise and benefit of all my estate during the life of my said wife, but my wife is to have the management of my estate, but if my said wife Eliza should marry then she is to take and have one third of my estate after payment of debts for and during her natural life. I appoint my wife Eliza executrix of this my last will and request that the proper court qualify her without requiring security of her, but if she should marry her executional duties shall cease and a new executor shall be appointed if the said children as either of them shall then be under age of twenty one years. Moore deceased was produced in open court and proved by the oath of J. W. Thompson a subsending witness thereto to have been signed executed and acknowledged in his presence by said Isaac W. Moore to be his last will and Testament and that said Isaac W. Moore was of sound mind and memory at the time of executing same, and the same being fully proved as required by law was ordered to be recorded and that I have truly recorded it with this certificate in my office this 14th may 1885 E.
