KY Will Book A p. 127 I THOMAS PEAKE of Bullitt County and State of Kentucky being in my proper sences do this day in the presents of JACOB EVANS and JOHN E. WARNELL make my last will and testamony. I will unto my daughter ELIZABETH one half (?) that she has already received worth about thirty dollars, also do will to my son DAVID one horse with Cropped Ears worth about the same and as the rest of the children leaves her my wife if she can with conveniency to give them about the same amount. The balance of the property after all debts are paid and this property above mentioned received the balance is to remain in the hands of my wife until the youngest child doth come of full age except one bridle and saddle which I leave unto my son LANCFORD at fifteen dollars and then after my wife receiving her third the balance is to be equally divided between all my children. It is my will that JOSEPH MALAHER (?) (MALAHA?) will manage for her any business that she shall wish him to do - this being my last will and testemony in the year of our lord 14 March 1814.
