First: It is my will and desire that all my just debits be paid and my mortal remains fittingly buried, and all expenses incurred in my sickness and death and burial be paid, including all doctr's bills, fees of ministers, and all other expenses, and after the said payments have been fully made, the remainder of my estate is devised and willed to my brother, T.J.TRUNNELL, absolutely, except the diamond ring which I am now wearing, and I hereby will said ring to my grand daughter Ruth Elizabeth POTTINGER. Second: My entire estate consists of two notes which are to be found in the First State Bank of Jacksonville, Texas, and the diamond ring which I have willed to my grand daughter. TRUNNELL & J.R.ZIMMERMAN ) I Mary Elizabeth POTTINGER, hereby add this codicil to the above will; It is my will that T.J.TRUNNELL be appointed my Executor without any bond being required of him, and I request the Judge of the court who probates this will to appoint him without and bond being required of him, this June 21st 1932. TRUNNELL a subscribing witness thereto to have signed in her presence by the said testatrix and acknowledged by said testatrix to be her last will and testament the signature of J.R. ZIMMERMAN the other subscribing witness was proven to be his genuine signature full capacity of mind of said testatrix at the time of making said will was also proven and same being fully proven as required by law was admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded-which with this certificate I have truly recorded in my said office.
