I Aaron RAY of the County of Bullitt and commonwealth of Kentucky being of sound mind and memory but knowing the uncertainty of all things do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following: My will and desire is that my just debts - funeral expenses be first paid. I leave unto my wife Margaret my farm, my negro man Prince, all my stock of horses cattle sheep and hogs likewise my household and kitchen furniture farming utensils and the free use of which I give unto her during her widowhood and in case she does not marry my will and desire is that she shall have the free use of my Estate both real and personal during her natural life and at her death to be divided as followeth: I give unto my three eldest children Malinda BARBOUR, Elizabeth BERRY and Paulina RAIRDON one dollar each, having provided for them before this. My will and desire is that all the rest of my estate both real and personal be equally divided between my other children, towit: Moses RAY, Aaron RAY, Rebecca PENDLETON, Susan RAY, Sarah RAY, Burgess RAY, Nancy RAY and Fielding RAY. And lastly I do appoint James PENDLETON and my son Aaron RAY Executors of this my last will and testament and my wife Executrix.
