Shepherd, being of sound mind, and dispesing memory, do make and publish the following as my last will and testament: 1st - I give and devise to my son, Harvey Shepherd a tract of land containing 75 acres adjoining the land of John Bees on the north and the lands of wm. Greenwell an the west the lands of Rush on the east and the lands of wm Greenwell on the south. 2nd - I give and devise to my daughter Effie Miles, and my son Richard Shepherd the remainder of my estate real and personel and out of the estate devised to them my indebtness shall be paid. I give nothing to my daughter, Ada Moore and my sons, J.W. Shepherd and Charles Shepherd in this will because I have heretofore given to each of them as much or more tahn the others will receive under this will. My Son Richard shall be required to pay to my daughter Effie the sum of $100.00 to reimburse her money expanded to improving the Cress place. If I shall live beyond this year this sum shall not be paid. All other wills heretofore made by me are hereby revoked. Witness my hand, this 1st day of June 1922 C. Q. Shepherd.
