Commissioners to settle acc. 1 day each 3.00 pd. clk of Bullitt Co. for presenting & recording same 1.25 To 5 per ct/ comr. allowed amx. on 685.44 - 34.27 Total paid out by admx $723.92 minus ale bill from estate 164.24 Leaving balance of $559.68 We find the sales report a small lot of plank sold to Wilford STEPHENS $1 per foot the amount not named left to be accounted for and one other debt due estate, if any, to be accounted for by Adx. We find by the foregoing Settled account the Estate is indebted to the admx.. in the sum of $559.68. We refer to the report of the admx filed the affidavits on the vouchers and the affidavits filed and papers - One presented by the admx. of Wm. SMITH for 5.96 we reject for want of proof and refer it to the admx. for proof of its justness. All of which is respectfully submitted to court for approval.
