I Samuel STALLINGS of Bullitt County, State of Kentucky being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following Viz. after my death, I desire to be buried in a plain decent Christian manner. (Second) That all my just debts to be paid by my executors herinafter to be named out of the proceeds of the sale of my personal property. (Third) I will and bequeath to my wife Ann Stallings all my property both real and personal and mixed, so long as she remains my widow, and in the event of her marrying again, I will and bequeath to my said wife one third of all my property both real and personal and mixed, and the remaining two thirds with the excepton of twenty dollars which I will and bequeath to my daughter Eliza MILTON wife of Eli MILTON. (She having received her portion of my property wherebefore). Of my property real personal and mixed, I will and bequeath to my following named children Viz: Woodford STALLINGS, Tabitha HALL, Samuel James STALLINGS, James STALLINGS, and Worden STALLINGS to be equally divided amongst them. And it is my desire and will that my daughter Tabitha HALL's portion of my estate be placed in the hands of my wife Ann STALLINGS as a Trustee for my said daughter Tabitha HALL so long as she remains his wife, as it is not my intention that her husband David Hall shall enjoy any portion of my estate, and in the event that my said daughter obtains a divorce from s'd HALL, her husband, then the trust shall cease, and my said daughter have the entire control and management of her portion of my said estate as devised. Should my wife marry again, the portion of my estate devised to her is at her death to revert back and be equally divided among my said children with the exception of my daughter Eliza MILTON, wife of Eli MILTON, she having as before stated received her portion of my estate. In the event that my said wife remains my widow itis my will and desire that as any of my children may marry, she will give to such children a portion of my said estate and charge such child with the amount so received which is to be accounted for at the final division of my said estate. And it is my will and desire that my land and negroes be divided by commissoners appointed by the County Court for that purpose if my said children Woodford, Tabitha, Samuel-James, James, and Worden Stallings cannot by themselves agree to a division of same. I hereby appoint my said wife Anne STALLINGS sole executrix of of this my last will and testament with full power to ordain and appoint executors of this my last will and testament, and do hereby revoke all former wills and testaments made by me and declare this my last will and testament.
