SECOND I will bequeath and devise eighty acres o fland known as the SIMPSON and BIRKHEAD tracts, Also the TYLER house and lot on the north side of the Bardstown and Louisville Turnpike Road to my Daughter Dora STANSBURY. THIRD I will that my said daughter Dor STANSBURY, pay into the hands of my executor to be here after ...........the sum of $200 to be appropriated to the benefit and use of the heirs of my deceased daughter Nancy Jane BORDERS. FOURTH I will bequeath and devise 30 acres more or less and bounded as follows beginning at the intersection of J. M. HALL ...................and CAptain John HALL live thence North East with J. M. HALL's live to a small forked sycamore tree, thence west south west, to the BURDETTS line, thence with the BURDETH lin e south .........to STOUTS line, thence both STOUT HALL to the ........of beginning unto my Daughter Amantha HALL. FIFTH I will and bequeath unto my son Morrison H. STANSBURY forty Eight acres more or less of the BURDTH tract fronting on the turnpike and adjoining the lands of J. M. HALL and wife. I also bequeath to him my undivided interest and to the widows dower of the SIMPSON tract of Land of 40 acres. SIXTH I will and bequeath unto my daughter Mae E. SIMPSON . 40 acres of land on the south west side of the turnpike known as the SIMPSON ................ SIMPSON and William WHEELER. Interestes in and to the land of F L SIMPSON deceased , including two acres more or less bought of David GENTRY and one acre more or less from John SHIRLEY. SEVENTH I will that should my wife Rachael STANSBURY marry after my death , that her one third dower interest be laid off to her in the .......mentioned two handred and twenty two acres . homestead, and that the said James David STANSBURY be linving at the death of my wife Rachael STANSBURY, then is to be invested with the whole undivided dower interest immediately after her death. EIGHTH I will and bequeath unto my six grandchildren by my daughter Nancy J. BORDERS one hundred dollars to be paid as the option for executor. NINTH I will that James David STANSBURY pay to my executor four hundred dollars to be appropriated to the benfit and use of my 6 grand children heirs of my duaghter Nancy J. BORDERS , decd. TENTH I will and bequeath to my duaghter Dora STANSBURY my parlor oregon. ELEVENTH I her by appoint James David STANSBURY my executor.
