TRUNNELL Will I, Mary Jane TRUNNELL, of Bullitt County Kentucky being of sound mind and disposing memory do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament- I give and bequeath to my son Thos. J. TRUNNELL all the personal property I have and may own at the time of my death, consisting of cattle, horses, sheep, hogs, all the household and kitchen furniture of whatever kind or description. This October 5 (?) 1895. Mary Jane TRUNNELL Signed and acknowledged in our presence by ___ Mary J. TRUNNELL to be her last Will and testament and we at her request witnessed the same in her presence and in the presence of each other. Edna TRUNNELL State of Kentucky Bullitt County I W. B. FIELDER clerk of the Bullitt County Court certify that on the 9th day of March 1896 the foregoing last Will and Testament of Mary Jane TRUNNELL was produced in open court and proved by the oath of R. F. HAYES a subscribing witness thereto to have been signed and acknowledged by Mary J. TRUNNELL in his presence and in the presence of Edna TRUNNELL the other subscribing witness to be her last Will and Testament. The signature of Edna TRUNNELL was also proved to be her genuine signature. Full capacity of mind at the time of making said Will was also proven, said paper was admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded as the last Will and Testament of Mary J. TRUNNELL which with this certificate. I have truly recorded in my office this 20th day of April 1896. W. B. FILDER, Clerk
