I wish my Negro girl Charlotte to be sold to pay my debts and as much other property as to pay all my just debts. I also give to my son Thomas L Thurman a Negro boy Jesse when my son comes to the age of twenty five years of age. I also give Lydia to my wife Elizabeth and her other increase during her natural life and also all and every part my estate to during her natural life and at her death the property to be equally divided between all of my children and also at my son Thomas' death the Negro Jesse shall return to my son James T.
