the estate of Benjamin MASDEN dec'd.  Ordered that William S. COMPTON, Eli BURCH, Archibald 
MAGRUDER, and John MAYFIELD or any three of who being first sworn be hereby appointed 
appraisors of the personal estate and slaves, if any, of said decedent and make Report 
thereof to Court agreeable to Law.
