November 5th, 1840
We Edward HESSEY and Payton BURDITT and M.G.HOLMES, three of the commissioners appointed by 
the Bullitt County Court on the Application of Richard O. WEBB to have Dower laid off to Ann 
WEBB, widow of Rolin S. WEBB, dec. in the lot on which she now lives, in the town of Mt 
Washington and Lot no. 15 on the plan of said town and we have assigned to her the mansion 
house of said WEBB, dec. and so much of said lot is meeted and bound in the report of the 
survey of J.D.S. PEACOCK Surveyor of Bullitt County, which is here with filed and made part 
of this report, and all of which is respectively submitted to said Court we being first 
sworn as given under our hands this 5th November 1840.

State of Kentucky Bullitt County Court 17th May, 1841.
The foregoing Allottment of Dower to Ann WEBB, widow of Rolin S. WEBB, dec. was this day
