In the name of God Amen I Zeely Williams Senior of Bullitt County and State of 
Kentucky being aged and infirm in body but thanks to God of sound mind and 
memory and knowing the uncertainty of life do think fit so to dispose of the 
property which God in his providence has given me in such a manner as shall be 
satisfactory to myself and which I do in the following manner.  Towit: (After 
commending my soul to God who gave it and my body buried in such a manner as 
my friends may direct.  It is my will and desire that all my just debts shall 
be paid.  I give and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Williams all my estate 
both real and personal real and mixed during her natural life and after her 
death to be divided in the following manner.  I give unto my son Zealy 
Williams fifty cents, I given unto my son Henry Williams fifty cents, I give 
unto my daughter Mary Anne Holmes formerly Williams fifty cents, I give unto 
my daughter Peggy Dehart formerly Williams fifty cents, I give unto my 
daughter Agnes Case formerly Williams fifty cents, I give unto my daughter 
Susan Gooden formerly Williams fifty cents to be paid them by my executor out 
of my estate in full of these legacies of my estate the balance of my estate 
personal real and mixed after paying my just debts and the above mentioned 
legacies, I give to my sons James, George Williams and my daughter Minerva 
Williams and Scitha Williams to be  equally divided between them I do hereby 
constitute and appoint my executors to this my last will and testament hereby 
revoking all former
