Caldwell County Ky.
      In the name of God Amen, I Zephaniah Orange of the county of Caldwell 
state of Ky being in sound disposing mind and memory prased be God for the same 
and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs while I have strenght and 
capacity so to do, do make and publish this my last will and testament, that is 
to say First I give and bequeath to my daughter Evaline S B Hobson the sum of 
five dollars to her and her heirs and assigns forever.  Second to my daughter 
Amanda M F Tines, I give and bequeath the sum of Five dollars to her and her 
heirs and assigns forever.  Third to my daughter Malissa S Sanderson I give and 
bequeath the sum of five dollars to her & her heirs and assigns forever.  
Fourth to my daughter Mary Emily Ellington Moss, i give and bequeath the sum of 
five dollars, to her and her heirs and assigns forever.  Fifth to my three 
sons, Zephaniah J Orange & Spencer F Orange & Andrew M Orange I give all my 
real and personal estate to be equally divided between them after all my just 
debts are paid and funeral expnse To have and to hold to them their heirs & 
assigns forever  I also appoint Spencer F Orange Executor In witness whereof 
Thereunto set my hand [word hand is marked out] seal at my residence aforesaid 
this the thirty first January Eighteen hundred fify nine signed sealed by 
Zephaniah Orange as last Will and testament in the presence of us who in his 
presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereto 
subscribed our names as witnesses.
