Calloway County, Kentucky Deed Book B, p. 209 This Indenture made and
intered into this 20th of Octobr 1835
between Jesse M. Turner of the one part and James H. Barnett of the
other part, Witnesseth both of the State of Kentucky an county of
Calaway Witnesseth that I Jesse Turner for an consideration of the
sum of eighty dollars to him in hand paid hath this day bargained
an sold unto James H Barnett a cirtain tract or parcel of land
lying and being on the waters of Wild Cat Creek in the county of
Calaway an State of Kentucky it being the north west quarter of
section twenty five township two range five east to commence at the
