THE WILL OF WILLIAM WEST Submitted by: Ben West CALLOWAY COUNTY, KENTUCKY WILL BOOK C, pg. 191 In the name of God, Amen. I, William West, of Calloway County, Kentucky, being sick and weak in body, but of sound mind and disposing memory, for which I thank God, and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life, and being desirous to dispose of all such wordly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with, I make this my last will and testament, in manner as following, that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Polly West, all my property, both real and personal, for my wife, Polly West, and my son Leonard West, sell off a sufficiency of my property, either real or personal, so as to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. I desire, after the death of my beloved wife, Polly West, or marriage, that my son Leonard West, administer on my estate, and to make an equal division between all my children.
