W. Behymer and S. J. Martin, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the just and full sum of One Hundred Dollars, current money, in the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, heirs, etc., jointly and severally, by these presents, sealed and dated the 26 day of July 1880. The condition of the above obligation is such that, whereas there is a Marriage shortly intended to be solomnized between the above bound Wm. W. Behymer and Tillie J. Martin. Now should there be no legal cause to obstruct the same, then the above obligation to be said, else to remain in full force and virtue. Witness: R. J. Rardin DC William W.
