MARRIAGE BOND

Know all Men by these Presents:
   That we, Wm. W. Behymer and S. J. Martin, are held and firmly bound
unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the just and full sum of One
Hundred Dollars, current money, in the payment of which, well and truly
to be made, we bind ourselves, heirs, etc., jointly and severally, by
these presents, sealed and dated the 26 day of July 1880.  The condition
of the above obligation is such that, whereas there is a Marriage
shortly intended to be solomnized between the above bound Wm. W. Behymer
and Tillie J. Martin.  Now should there be no legal cause to obstruct
the same, then the above obligation to be said, else to remain in full
force and virtue.

Commonwealth of Kentucky, County of Campbell:
To any Legally Authorized Minister of Gospel,
   You are hereby authorized to solemnize the rite of MATRIMONY between
William W. Behymer and Tillie J. Martin and in so doing THIS SHALL BE
YOUR SUFFICIENT WARRANT.  Given under my hand, as Clerk of the Court for
the said County, This 26 day of July A. D. 1880.  Thomas Jones, CLERK by
R. J. Rardin, Deputy Clerk.

I Hereby Certify, That on the 26 day of July 1880 William W. Behymer, of
Clermont Co. OH, 20 years of age, born at Ohio, was married to Tillie J.
Martin of Campbell Co. KY, aged 17 years, born at Campbell Co. KY and
single, by Geo. Froh, Minister, of the Methodist Church.
