Marriage License - Alexandria, Campbell Co. KY - Feb 10, 1831
George H. Turner and Lucinda Harris

Know all men by these presents that Mr. George W Turner (written as George 
W. Turner by the clerk,  George signed as George H.Turner) and Chas. P. 
Davis all held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the 
just and full sum of fifty pounds to the payment of which well and truly 
to be made we bind ourselves our heirs & jointly and severally by these 
presents sealed and dated this 10th day of February 1831.  The condition of 
the above obligation is such that where as there is a marriage shortly 
intended to be solemnized between the above bound George W. Turner and 
Lucinda Harris now should there be no legal cause to obstruct the same then 
the above obligation to be void also to remain in full force and virtue.
