The original house and acreage is now owned by Mr. Floyd McBurney, who lives on adjoining acreage. The farm has been known in recent years as the Abbett Farm and the Phillips Farm. The cemetery evidently was one stradling the two farms, and should have been shown as one. Many of the original duplicate entries in the cemetery book have been deleted for that reason.
