King) I John C King of the County of Carroll and State of Ky, do make & ordain this my last Will and testament and hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made. I direct the payments of any just debts out of my personal estate, the residue of my estate both real and personal I give and bequeath as follows. 1st I give and bequest to my son Robert King one hundred acres of land that he now resides on and has a Deed for the same also a horse and Saddle Cow and Calf one bed and bedding estimated at Eighty Dollars. 2d I give and bequest to my son John S King one hundred acres of land to be laid off the South end of my tract of land that I reside on in a manner as not to be injuris to the balance of my tract of land and provided he would prefer taking his interest in any tract of land at his Mothers death with his sisters it shall be valid in prefference to taking the hundred acres above named also to make my son John S King equal with my son Bob King whenever he sees proper to learn as to act for himself he is to have a horse and saddle cow and calf Bed and bedding to the value of Eighty Dollars. 3d I give and bequest to my beloved wife Nancy King the residue of my tract of land being three hundred acres together with all my personal property household and kitchen furniture farming utensils of every description Stock etc for her use & maintenance and support during her natural life to have the use and control of the same as she may think proper and at her death to be equally divided between my three daughters, (to wit) Betsy Ann King, Margaret Jean King & Mary Louisa King and if either of my daughters should die without issue the other surviving daughters are to share the estate of the deceased daughter equally between them. I hereby appoint my beloved wife Nancy King my Executrix of this my last will & testament and do not require her to be bound to give security.
