Ruth Belcher, 65, of Shelby, OH, formerly of Carter Co, KY, born June 13, 1929 in Carter Co, KY, dau of the late John and Isabell Cozart Barker, died Oct 30, 1994 in Cleveland, OH.  Survived:  husband, Julius Belcher, daughter, Joan Goodan, sons, John Tabor and Danny Tabor, 3 step-sons, 2 step-daughters, sister, Erma Davis, brother, Robert Johnson, 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.  Burial:  Nov 3, 1994 in the Dean Cemetery, Oney & Henderson Funeral Home, Olive Hill, Carter Co, KY.
