MECCA - William "Bud" Edward Cline, 69, died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, at the
Cleveland Clinic.  

He was born Jan. 28, 1942, in Olive Hill, Ky., the son of the late Delmer Cline
and the late Dorothy Brown Cline.

Bud was a veteran in the U.S. Army and had worked at Packard Electric for 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Elnor M. Yaist Cline, whom he married April 15,
1969; a stepdaughter, Debra Maggs of Dayton; tow brothers, Leroy Cline of Niles
and Wayne Cline of Howland; and two sisters, Wilma Cline and Pamela Sprague,
both of Niles.

Bud was preceded in death by a brother, James Cline.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Shafer-Winans
Funeral Chapel in Cortland.  A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday
at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery, Cortland.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Animal Welfare
League, 545 Brunstetter Road S.W. Warren, Ohio 44481.
