Clevie Stamper McGlone died July 27, 1990 at the age of 74.  She was born Dec. 20,
1915 in Carter County; a daughter of the late Joseph and Cora Alexander Stamper.
 
She taught for 37 years in the Carter County School System and was a member of the
Carter Christian Holiness Church.

Survivors: her husband, Simon McGlone; a son, Joseph E. McGlone; two brothers,
Elwood Stamper and Alvin Stamper; two grandsons. 

Funeral arrangements by Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill; service conducted by
James Tackett and Elwood Cooper.  Burial in the Bethel Cemetery at Olive Hill.
