     I, Lucy Mary Kibby, a resident of Charlotte Furnace, Kentucky, being of 
sound mind and memory and desiring to make my last will and testament, do 
hereby will and bequeath to my son Landon Kibbey all the property that I may be 
owner and posessed of at my death including the farm on which I reside and also 
all of my personal property of whatsoever nature.
     Witness my hand this 24 day of January, 1934.
