As(?) motion of Levi Fair it is ordered that the said Levi Fair be and he
is hereby allowed to appropriate Thirty one (31) Acres of the Vacant and
unappopraited lands of Casey County Ky by having the same entered and
surveyed as the law directs he having paid the County price of 5 cents
acre therefor.

State of Kentucky
   Casey County

Surveyed on the 25th day of Feb.,1902.,for Levi Fair thirty-one acres of
the vacant and unappropriated lands of Casey County, by virtue of a Casey
County court land warrant in the name of said Fair for 31 acres, bearing
date Oct. the 24th, 1901.Which warrant is herewith returned. Said land is
situated in Casey county on the waters of Caney fork of Brushcreek, and
bounded as follows:Begining at a Poplar stump in Mary Baxter's line,thence
with her lines N52 1/2 W 58 Poles to a stone Hickory as a Pointer,Thence N
52 1/2 E 82 Poles to 3 Dogwoods, Thence N 13 1/4  E 60 Poles to a Beech
James Allen's corner Thence with his lines N 56 1/2 W 8 4/5 Poles to a
Dogwood. Thence N 63 3/4 W 34 4/5 Poles to 3 small Whiteoaks on O.H.
Woodrum's line. Thence with his lines S 20 W 38 1/2 Poles to a Chestnut.
Thence  S 27 1/4  W 110 Poles tp a stone with 2 Blackoaks as Pointers
thence S 66 E 73 Poles to the begining.
