Who,me these Presents shall Come, Greetings
Know ye  That by virtue and in considetation of an order from the  Casey
County Court dated October 24th 1901 there is granted by said Commonwealth
into Levi Fair a certain TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, containing thirty one
acres by survey, bearing date the 25 day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and two lying and being in the County of Casey on the Water of
Caney Fork of Bush[sic] Creek and bounded as follows Beginning at a Poplar
stump in Mary Baxter's line thence with her line N. 52 1/2 W. 58 poles to
a stone. Hickory as a pointer, thence N. 52 1/2 E. 82 poles to 3 Dogwoods,
thence N. 13 1/4 E. 60  poles to a Beech James Allen's corner, thence with
his line N. 56 1/2 W. 8 4/5 poles to a Dogwood. Thence N. 63 3/4 W. 34 4/5
poles to the small white oaks on O.H. Woodrums line thence with his line
S. 20 W. 38 1/2 poles to a Chestnut thence S. 27 1/4 W. 110 poles to a
stone with two Black oaks as pointer thence S. 66 E  73 poles to the
beginning.

                    Registered May 29th 1902
with its appurtenances: To Have AND TO HOLD the said Tract or Parcel of
Land, with its appurtences, to the said Levi Fair and his Heirs forever.
        IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the said J.C.W.Beckham Esq. Governor of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky hath hereinto set his hand and caused the seal of
the said Commonwealth to be affixed, at Frankfort, on the 30th day of
August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and . .two. .,
and of the Commonwealth the[sic]
