I Lewis P Wood and Rebecca Wood his wife do hereby sell unto John Watson
sixty two acres of land to the same more or less lying and being in Casey
County and State of Kentucky and on Rock Lick Creek a branch of Fishing Creek
for the consideration of three hundred and eighty five dollars and the
boundary are as followeth: to west beginning at a rock on the old lines
running thence N25 65 poles to two sugar trees thence N45 W 36 poles to white
oak and sugar tree thence N 25 W120 poles to two hickories thence N36 W11
poles to a hickory S60 W40 poles to a water oak on the old line thence with
the old line, S 29 E 100 poles to a stake thence S 49 W 37 poles to a stake,
thence S30 E 55 poles to a white oak thence N49 E37 poles to a small bush on
the old lines thence with the old lines S29 E68 poles to two ? thence N62 E
52 poles to the beginning and we warrant the title against all persons given
under our hands this 28th day of February 1865.

     The foregoing and duly stamped was this day produced to me by grantors
and the said Lewis P Wood and Rebecca Wood his wife before me acknowledged
said writing to be their act and ? of land given under my hand this 11 day of
March 1865.
