THE CASEY COUNTY NEWS,1947
Charles Hatter,19, charged with the murder of Mrs. Ann Wheeler, 83, waived 
examining trial and held to the action of the September grand jury. He was 
given no bond.  If indicted his trial will likly be held sometime during the 
coming September term of court which begins the first Monday of September. No 
information in addition to the above has become available for publication.
