LIBERTY -- Denny Allen, 47, of Heather Lane died Monday at University 
of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington.

Born Aug. 25, 1955, in Casey County, he was the son of Clarel Scott 
Allen of Liberty and the late Waymon Allen. He was a member of Green 
River Valley Baptist Church and Casey Masonic Lodge 424.

Other survivors include his wife, Phyllis Morgan Allen; four sisters, 
Bernice Allen of Campbellsville, Nancy Shoopman, Reece Whited and 
Fredia Black, all of Liberty; a brother, Garland Allen of Liberty; 
and a grandchild.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home by 
Jamie Bryant and Troy Coffey. Burial will be in Willow Springs 
Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Garnett and Donald Morgan, Dwight Black, Jeremy 
Kerry, William Shoopman and Bill Chadwell.

Visitation is after 6 p.m. today.
