LIBERTY -- Charlie Beldon, 90, of Liberty died Saturday at Casey County Hospital. 
Born Nov. 9, 1912, in Casey County, he was the son of the late John and Ida Swiggett 
Beldon. He was a retired farmer and former Green Thumb employee. He was the widower 
of Mattie Traylor Beldon and a member of Rocky Ford Baptist Church. Survivors include 
two daughters, June Wilcher of Liberty and Bonnie Gabehart of Campbellsville; a half 
brother, Lewis Beldon of Indianapolis, Ind.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson. 
He was preceded in death by a son, Vernon Beldon. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at 
Bartle Funeral Home by the Rev. Edward Parton. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery. 
Visitation is after 6 p.m. today.
