Bill Proctor. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. He died Wednesday at Casey County Hospital. Born Sept. 27, 1929, in Casey County, he was the son of the late Clyde O. and Grace Foster Bell. He was a former printer at Casey County News and former employee of A&D grocery. He was a member of Mount Pleasant Church. Survivors include his wife, Mae Clark Bell; two daughters, Paula Girard of Liberty and Angela Kearney of Lancaster; a brother, James H. Bell of Liberty; three grandchildren; a stepgrandchild; and a stepgreat-grandchild. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Saturday.
