Brown, 79, of Hustonville Road will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Junction City First Christian Church by the Rev. Ken Ward. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. She died Saturday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Sept. 23, 1922, in Casey County, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Julia Allen Reed. She was a former employee of Palm Beach Co. and retired from Cricketeer. She was a former member of the Homemakers Club, and First Christian Church of Junction City. She was the widow of Amos Brown. Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Lewis of Piedmont, S.C., and Linda Baker of Ladson, S.C.; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Robbie Baker, Leon Collins, Dale Smith, Brad Lewis, Gary Stevens and Mike Ellerman. Honorary pallbearers are Anthony Brown and Jimmy Brown. Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today at Preston-Pruitt Funeral home.
