Fogle decd. Will. Martha J Fogle of sound mind and disposing memory and With my own hand write and publish this my Will and testament. should I be oweing any thing at My death my farm below Liberty in Casey Co Kentucky is to be rented and the proceeds go to paying the debt then rented or sold as my children may decide to do the proceeds to be divided in to Six equal parts the $2775 I have loaned in the State of Oaklahoma to be divided into six Equal parts in addition to an equal part of one sixth my daughter Elizabeth is to have the proceeds on one sixth of the rents or sale of the farm and one sixth of the interest on the Money I have loaned in the State of Oaklahoma long as she has the care of my Grand Daughter Ruth Ann Fogle then after which it is to be distributed equally among James, Elizabeth, Lena, Edgar and Preston. Edgar and Preston are to have articles saved for them. Elizabeth is to have the silver spoons, Knives and Forks her life time. they are to be kept in the family she is to have all the furniture I bought since I came to Danville she has bed clothing pictures and furniture of her own that is not to be considered with mine. My Daughter Elizabeth is to keep for my Grand Daughter Ruth Ann Fogle the bed and bed clothing I bought at her fathers sale two sheets four (?) bolsters and two large square pillows and cases for the same the ballance of my house hold goods that I have not designated my five children can dispose of as they see proper the family burying ground on my farm in Casey County is not to be sold with the farm I reserve the present enclosure and a Ten foot road from the pike to the enclosure to be kept in my family absolutely. I appoint as the executors of this My Will my Son James my son in law P.H. Taylor my daughter Elizabeth who are not to be required to give bond.
